HOPE

The House of Hope just celebrated their annual Day of Hope. The dedicated staff there spoke individually about their commitment to the treatment of addiction and the Board members and administrators spoke about their mission. That is, they exist to help women better their lives free from substance abuse. They reach out on an individual, personal basis in an intimate setting (only six clients per household). If I may say this scale of treatment is what works best for certain clients and is especially good for women whose substance abuse stems from abuse. Bravo to SHOH!

As a side note, the COVID pandemic is very real and is almost overwhelming to their clients and staff but SHOH has consistently offered help and guidance and will continue to do so for as long as is necessary.

SHOH has received outside guidance from the Riverside County Department of Health in addition to that provided by its medical staff both for prevention and treatment of COVID-19.

Together we will triumph even if it is at a safe distance apart.
